School is Always in Session

If you want to improve your brain health, keep learning.

Lately, I’ve discovered that I'm actually old enough to be the mother to some of my best teachers! 😮 Well, maybe an older sister. 🤣  In any case, I love it!  How refreshing it is to view life, business, relationships, and more, from a whole new lens.  Are you open to the wisdom from younger generations?

The benefits of challenging the brain to learn something new are numerous.  They include memory retention, social interaction, self-confidence, and improved neuroplasticity.  Take a class, workshop, or pick up a book by someone who may not be in your familiar circle of authors.

As we move into this new year, make a list of ways in which you can commit to being a lifelong learner.
